By downloading, installing, or using Name Place (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Name Place is a multiplayer word game intended for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You may:

• Play games with friends, family, or AI bots
• Create and join game sessions using room codes
• Choose any display name and avatar for gameplay

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate player names
• Submit offensive or harmful content as game answers
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the game service
• Use automated tools or bots to gain unfair advantages
• Interfere with other players’ enjoyment of the game

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Name Place and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Name Place and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
